Sweet & Saucy Meatballs!

These meatballs are DELISH!. . . and sooooo simple! My kids love these and they usually eat them with nothing else but a veggie. They like to use the colorful toothpicks to pick 'em up. You can serve them with rice and eggrolls. Also, they make a great after-school snack. (I borrowed this recipe from Lindsey Dunn.)
They are cooking now and my mouth is watering!

1 jar (32 oz) - Grape Jelly
2 jars (12 oz each) - Heinz Chili Sauce
5 lb bag - Frozen Meatballs

Combine Grape Jelly and Chili Sauce in large pot. Blend with wire whisk. Bring sauce to a boil. Add bag of meatballs to sauce. Stir together until meatballs are covered with sauce. Reduce heat to medium. Let cook for about 25 minutes - stirring often. Sauce will be thin.

ENJOY!

Stroganoff pizza

This one is for my friend Sarah S.  Only 3 ingredients!  This is a way easy dinner.  I got it from my sister-in-law.  I tried it the other day and my family liked it, except for Jake he only likes rice and chicken.
Make Hamburger Helper Stroganoff as directed on the box.
Cut a loaf of french bread in half, lengthwise, as if you were going to make a sandwich.
Take out a little of the bread and top with stroganoff.  Cover with mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese is melted.  Cut and serve as if it were a regular pizza.  Super easy and way good!
